He has represented leading pharmaceutical companies, pesticide manufacturers, and innovators across a range of industries in complex litigation before the Delaware District Court, Superior Court, and Court of Chancery. Prior to law school, Nate worked as an engineer, building and supporting analytical chemistry applications—experience that still shapes his ability to dissect technical disputes and present them clearly to judges and juries.

Nate is a dedicated advocate for underserved communities in Delaware. He frequently serves as a guardian ad litem in Family Court, representing the best interests of children in complex custody and abuse matters. He has also worked with the ACLU of Delaware, including on a case that secured voting rights for senior citizens in a successful Court of Chancery trial.
