Ginnie has built a strong foundation in intellectual property law through a mix of hands-on clinical work, leadership, and academic achievement. As a student attorney in the Richmond Law Intellectual Property and Transactional Law Clinic, she provided strategic guidance to startups and nonprofits on trademark and copyright matters. She also served as the Articles Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review, led the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and competed in the prestigious Jessup Moot Court.
