Shaw Keller assists the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press and ProPublic in Unsealing Court Records
Shaw Keller, along with attorneys from the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, succeeded in helping non-profit news source ProPublica unseal various court records from litigation in Delaware's Court of Chancery related to Elon Musk's SpaceX company. Attorneys Karen Keller and Ginnie Lynch assisted with motion practice in the Court of Chancery and then the Delaware Supreme Court appeal.
