Karen Keller invited to drafting team for Sedona Conference's Commentary on the Discoverability of Generative AI Information.

Karen Keller has been invited to serve as a member of the drafting team for the Sedona Conference's new Commentary on the Discoverability of Generative AI Information. The committee will address how existing legal frameworks under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure apply to GenAI information, as well as best practices for the identification, preservation, collection, and production of such information.
